US CUSTOMERS ONLY
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.
1. Go to our returns portal at http://usreturns.boohoo.com . Follow the onsite instructions, you will need your order number and email address.
2. Repack items with all the tags still attached, ideally in its original packaging. Please remember to include a copy of your Delivery Note.
3. We use USPS to handle your return and the service costs $6.95. Payment can be made with a credit card or Paypal.
4. Print and attach your returns label and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office keeping your proof of return.
5. Once we have confirmation of your parcel from USPS we will issue your credit, typically this happens within 2 weeks.
